CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Reformer

Through breath, balance, strength and endurance, we will challenge ourselves to a comprehensive, full body workout on the Reformer. Connect with your body in a way that enables you to efficiently flow through a series of exercises with precision and harmony. Strengthen the neural pathways to muscles you’ve never used before, developing healthier movement patterns that will directly affect how you move through your daily life. 

Mindful Mat

A dynamic, 60 minute Pilates class, Mindful Mat is a core-focused practice that focuses on moving with precision & ease. Expect an intelligent sequence of exercises that will target the abdominals, engage the posterior chain, and enhance spinal articulation. Strengthen the neural pathways to muscles you’ve never used before, developing healthier movement patterns that will directly affect how you move through your daily life.

Through personalized instruction, we will build a strong foundation to your Pilates practice, devote the necessary time and attention towards any current/past injuries, and challenge the body to a comprehensive, full body workout. Create the classic Teaser shape on the Cadillac. Learn to pike on the Wunda chair. Roll out & articulate through your spine on the Reformer.
